Introducing: Breathe With your Cycle
Designed for women who are curious about their cyclical nature, whether you have a regular cycle, are in perimenopause or post-menopausal, this program helps you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your deep inner knowing. Through breathwork, guided practices and cycle education, you’ll uncover the power of living in sync with your natural rhythms

Hi, I'm Harriette
Supporting women, like you, who are ready to live more in tune with their cycle, breath, and inner wisdom
I started cycling at 10 but spent years feeling like something was “off” with my body. Like my breath and my cycle were things I had to fix or fight. I didn’t know how to listen, or that I even could. Like so many women, I learned to push through. But in my 30s something shifted. I began listening in. I discovered the wisdom of cycle awareness. And I realised that my breath and body had been trying to speak to me all along.
Now, as a qualified breathwork teacher and Menstruality Mentor (trained with Red School), I bring together breath, cyclical living and embodied practice to help other women do the same. To return to the truth of their bodies and reconnect with the rhythm that’s already within them.
Breathe With Your Cycle is where all my work finally comes together. It’s tender, powerful and rooted in everything I wish I’d known sooner. I’m so honoured to share this space, not just to teach but to hold, witness and journey alongside you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need any previous experience with breathwork or cycle tracking?
Not at all. You don’t need to know your inner seasons or have a breathwork practice already. If you’re curious and open to exploring, you’re in exactly the right place.
When are the live sessions held?
The live calls are currently planned for weekday evenings (UK time), to support rest and reflection at the end of the day. Final times will be confirmed with the group before we begin.
Is this just for people with a menstrual cycle right now?
There’s no strict age range for Breathe With Your Cycle, but it’s mainly designed for those who’ve been cycling for a while, are starting to notice subtle shifts (The Quickening, perimenopause), or are post‑menopause and wanting to reconnect with their inner rhythm.
It tends to resonate most with people aged 30 and up, but if you’re in your 20s and feel drawn to this work, you’re very welcome too. If it’s speaking to you, trust that, you’re in the right place.
Is there a payment plan available?
Absolutely! The programme cost can be split over 2 payments.
Do I need to attend live and will the sessions be recorded?
Live calls are a beautiful part of the experience a chance to gather in community, breathe together, and share. But if you can’t make it live, you won’t miss out. Every session is recorded and sent out after, so you can follow along in your own time or revisit whenever you need.
I’m not sure if my cycle is “regular”, is this for me?
Totally. This programme isn’t about perfect cycles. It’s about getting to know your rhythm, just as it is. Whether your cycle is regular, irregular, shifting, or has stopped, the tools here will help you connect with your body in a deeper, more supportive way.
I’m post-menopause. Is this still relevant?
Yes. Your cycle may no longer bleed, but your body still holds its rhythm. This space welcomes those who are post-menopausal and want to reconnect with their inner seasons in a gentle, powerful way.
